When you submit a Lead Leak Review request, we collect the business problem you describe, the generated insight response shown to you, your name, email address, phone number, communication consent choices, submission source, timestamp, browser user agent, referrer, and IP address when it is available through request headers.
We use your information to respond to your request, review the lead or follow-up problem, provide the lead magnet, improve the website, measure which calls to action are working, and follow up when you have given permission.
If you opt in to email, Infin8 Automation may send follow-up emails about your Lead Leak Review request. If you opt in to SMS/text messages, Infin8 Automation may send texts about your request. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
Lead information may be stored in Airtable, a secure webhook destination, or another configured business tool. Local development may store test submissions in a local JSONL file.
Google Analytics may load across the site to measure page views and basic site activity. Optional Meta Pixel tracking only loads when configured and accepted. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
We do not sell your information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, store lead submissions, analyze performance, or respond to inquiries.
You can avoid submitting a form, decline analytics when prompted, use browser privacy controls, unsubscribe from email communications, reply STOP to opt out of SMS/text messages, or request deletion of inquiry information when retention is no longer needed for business or legal reasons.
